vietnamese street pizzas
This is so easy and so delicious! I was a bit leery of the mayo and siracha but the dish really wouldn't be as good without it. We love this dish for it's ease and for its taste!

How To Make vietnamese street pizzas
-
Step 1NOTE: This is the type of rice paper sheets you'll need for this recipe.
-
Step 2Add the rice paper sheet to a dry pan over low heat. NOTE: Do not use oil or cooking spray!
-
Step 3Crack an egg over the rice paper. Give it a dash of salt.
-
Step 4Gently mix the egg around the top of the rice paper sheet, spreading it out to the edges.
-
Step 5Add small pieces of the laughing cow cheese. As it softens, and the egg cooks, begin to spread it out around the pizza.
-
Step 6Sprinkle with ham or broken up potted meat, and green onions.
-
Step 7Cook another few seconds until rice paper is crispy around the edges and warmed through.
-
Step 8Remove from heat and plate the pizza.
-
Step 9Drizzle with a bit of mayonnaise and siracha or red chili sauce.
-
Step 10Slice as a pizza and serve or fold in half like an omelet to pick up and eat like street food!
