This is so easy and so delicious! I was a bit leery of the mayo and siracha but the dish really wouldn't be as good without it. We love this dish for it's ease and for its taste!

thin sliced ham or potted meat
  • 1
wedge of laughing cow or skinny cow cheese
  • 1
    green onion, sliced
  • mayonnaise
  • siracha or sweet chili sauce, whichever you prefer

How To Make vietnamese street pizzas

  • 1
NOTE: This is the type of rice paper sheets you'll need for this recipe.
  • 2
Add the rice paper sheet to a dry pan over low heat. NOTE: Do not use oil or cooking spray!
  • 3
Crack an egg over the rice paper. Give it a dash of salt.
  • 4
Gently mix the egg around the top of the rice paper sheet, spreading it out to the edges.
  • 5
Add small pieces of the laughing cow cheese. As it softens, and the egg cooks, begin to spread it out around the pizza.
  • 6
Sprinkle with ham or broken up potted meat, and green onions.
  • 7
Cook another few seconds until rice paper is crispy around the edges and warmed through.
  • 8
Remove from heat and plate the pizza.
  • 9
Drizzle with a bit of mayonnaise and siracha or red chili sauce.
  • 10
Slice as a pizza and serve or fold in half like an omelet to pick up and eat like street food!
