  • 1
    store bought or fresh pizza dough
  • 1/4 c
    coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 tsp
    each soy sauce and sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c
    matchstick carrots
  • 1 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1
    scallion chopped
  • 1/3 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro chopped

How to Make Thai Chicken Pizza


  1. Place a pizza stone in oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out dough and place on parchment paper on a pizza peel. Poke a few holes in the dough and transfer to the oven and cook 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the coconut milk, peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Spread on the pizza dough. Top with chicken, carrots and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
  3. top with scallion, sprouts and cilantro
