Ingredients

  • 1 store bought or fresh pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons each soy sauce and sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 scallion chopped
  • 1/3 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

How To Make thai chicken pizza

  • Step 1
    Place a pizza stone in oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out dough and place on parchment paper on a pizza peel. Poke a few holes in the dough and transfer to the oven and cook 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix the coconut milk, peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Spread on the pizza dough. Top with chicken, carrots and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Step 3
    top with scallion, sprouts and cilantro
