Ingredients
- 1 store bought or fresh pizza dough
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons each soy sauce and sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 scallion chopped
- 1/3 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make thai chicken pizza

Step 1Place a pizza stone in oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out dough and place on parchment paper on a pizza peel. Poke a few holes in the dough and transfer to the oven and cook 5 minutes.

Step 2Mix the coconut milk, peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Spread on the pizza dough. Top with chicken, carrots and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
