- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- (1) 15 ounces can refried beans
- 1/4 cup salsa

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- chopped cilantro
How To Make taco pizza
-
Step 1Brush the olive oil in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add the pizza dough and cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
-
Step 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-
Step 3Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. About halfway through the browning process, add the onion. Cook until the beef is brown and the onion is soft.
-
Step 4Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until most of the moisture has cooked down and the beef mixture is seasoned. Mix the refried beans and salsa in a medium bowl.
-
Step 5Pat out the pizza dough on a pizza stone and dock the pizza with a fork. Prebake for 7-8 minutes.
-
Step 6Spread the refried bean mixture over the prebaked crust. Top with the seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, queso quesadilla cheese, black olives, green onions, and tomatoes.
-
Step 7Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned on the edges. Sprinkle the pizza with chopped cilantro. Let the pizza cool for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
