Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 - beaten eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 pound raw ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup copped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 7 1/2 ounces can tomatoes, cut up
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup low fat cream style cottage cheese, drained, or part skim ricotta
- 4 slices mozzarella
- 10 ounces package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Step 1CRUST: Cook spaghetti in boiling water to package directions and drain. Stir together the pasta, oil, eggs, and 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese. Press into greased 14 inch pizza pan, building edges high to form a crust. Bake at 400 degrees 10 min.

Step 2FILLING: In skillet, cook turkey, onion, pepper an garlic until meat is browned and vegetables tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, basil, marjoram, salt and nutmeg. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust. Layer cheese slices on top. Spoon spinach over then the turkey mixture. Cover pizza with foil and bake at 400 degrees 12-15 min. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Bake 2 min more.
