Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make sicilian pizza

Step 1Add water, sugar and yeast to a stand mixer. Let yeast bloom.

Step 2Add flour to bowl and add salt and olive oil on top of flour.

Step 3Mix and knead until dough is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap in a greased bowl until doubled.

Step 4Then shape into pizza, Stromboli, Calzone, Garlic Knots or even Zeppolis I double this recipe to make a Sicilian Pizza

Step 5Bake pizza at 550 or as high as your oven will go
