- MUSTARD GREEN PESTO
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1 bunch mustard greens
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- PIZZA
- 1 large naan bread
- 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons mustard green pesto
How To Make shrimp pesto naan pizza

Step 1Make the Pesto Place the pecans in a dry pan and toast them over medium high heat for about 3 minutes. Wash the mustard greens and remove the stem of the mustard greens. Blanch the mustard greens in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and dry them off. Place the mustard greens in a food processor and add the pecans, garlic, butter, red wine vinegar, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle in the olive oil while the processor is running until its pesto consistency.

Step 2Pizza Add olive oil to a frying pan. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are opaque. Remove from the heat. Stir a little pesto into the shrimp.

Step 3Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place the naan on a baking sheet and bake 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the pesto over the top, Add the tomatoes and shrimp top with Parmesan cheese and bake about 6 minutes.
