Ingredients
- 1/2 of store bought pizza dough
- 1 large fresh tomato sliced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces burrata or fresh mozarrella cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
How To Make pizza margherita

Step 1Place a pizza stone in oven and turn the oven to 425 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough and sprinkle a pizza peel with cornmeal or flour. Place the dough on the peel.

Step 2Brush dough with olive oil then cover with the Mozzarella cheese. Lay the tomato slices in a single layer. Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan cheese.

Step 3Place in oven for about 10 to 12 minutes until crust is browned. Remove from oven and brush the edges with olive oil drizzle the rest over the pizza sprinkle more Parmesan cheese over the pizza then top with basil
