Ingredients
- GARLIC BUTTER
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- PIZZA BOMBS
- 1 can Grands Biscuits southern homestyle (16.3oz)
- 1 cup pizza sauce, divided
- 8 ounces mozzarella, cut into 24 cubes
- 1/2 cup halved pepperoni
How To Make pizza bombs

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

Step 3Separate the biscuit dough and press or roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick. Spread a tablespoon of sauce over the dough.

Step 4Top with three small cubes of mozzarella and several slices of halved pepperoni.

Step 5Bring the edges of the dough circle up to close and pinch to seal.

Step 6Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, then brush them with the butter mixture. Serve with the remaining pizza sauce.
