These pizza bombs are quick and easy to make with canned biscuit dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella. They are great for game night or movie night.

Ingredients

  • GARLIC BUTTER
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • PIZZA BOMBS
  • 1 can Grands Biscuits southern homestyle (16.3oz)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce, divided
  • 8 ounces mozzarella, cut into 24 cubes
  • 1/2 cup halved pepperoni

How To Make pizza bombs

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
    Separate the biscuit dough and press or roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick. Spread a tablespoon of sauce over the dough.
  • Step 4
    Top with three small cubes of mozzarella and several slices of halved pepperoni.
  • Step 5
    Bring the edges of the dough circle up to close and pinch to seal.
  • Step 6
    Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, then brush them with the butter mixture. Serve with the remaining pizza sauce.
