Ingredients

  • 2 14-inch easy-cheesy herb pizza dough
  • 1 can pizza sauce (7 oz./213 ml)
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (1 tsp per pizza)
  • 40 thinly sliced onions (lyonnaise cut)
  • 24 thinly sliced red peppers
  • 24 thinly sliced poblano peppers
  • 4 large button mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced
  • 40 slices pepperoni
  • 1 can sliced olives, drained (2 oz.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

How To Make pepperoni pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 500ºF.
  • Step 2
    Divide all the ingredients, except parsley, between the two pizza crusts, leaving 1-inch from the edges.
  • Step 3
    Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Remove from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
