Ingredients
- 2 14-inch easy-cheesy herb pizza dough
- 1 can pizza sauce (7 oz./213 ml)
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (1 tsp per pizza)
- 40 thinly sliced onions (lyonnaise cut)
- 24 thinly sliced red peppers
- 24 thinly sliced poblano peppers
- 4 large button mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced
- 40 slices pepperoni
- 1 can sliced olives, drained (2 oz.)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
How To Make pepperoni pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 500ºF.

Step 2Divide all the ingredients, except parsley, between the two pizza crusts, leaving 1-inch from the edges.

Step 3Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes.

Step 4Remove from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
