This is a great low carb version for pizza. You won't even miss the crust.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup canadian bacon
  • 1/2 cup sausage
  • 1/2 cup hamburger
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper - diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives - sliced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms - sliced

How To Make no crust pizza

  • Step 1
    To make crust, combine 3 eggs, cream cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder and grated parmesean.
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased 9x13 pan
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Until the egg mixture is set and starting to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  • Step 4
    Remove pan from oven.
  • Step 5
    Top crust with marinara sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder and oregano.
  • Step 6
    Top with desired pizza toppings.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.
  • Step 8
    Place pan back in oven and heat until the cheese is melted.
