mini roast beef pizza

I found this recipe in one of those Pillsbury grocery store aisle magazines. When I tried to find it to pinch it, they had changed the original -- which is ok, because I changed it, as well, incorporating naan bread instead of a pizza crust. It's not fantabulous, but it's really tasty for how easy it is to make.

2/3 cgreen bell pepper, sliced

2/3 conion, sliced

1 cdeli roast beef, thinly sliced

1/4 tspsalt

2naan flatbreads

2/3 cshredded swiss cheese
How To Make mini roast beef pizza

1Heat oven to 400*F. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add green pepper and onion; cook and stir for 3 - 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat; add roast beef, salt, and pepper. Spoon mixture onto naan; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

2Bake at 400*F for 8 - 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is hot.
