Ingredients
- 1 store bought flatbread dough or make your own
- 1/2 cup favorite salsa
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella
- 2 cloves roasted garlic minced
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons serrano pepper seeded and finely minced
- 1 cup leftover rotisserie chicken chopped
- fresh cilantro
How To Make mexican chicken flatbread pizza

Step 1Place a pizza stone in oven and turn the heat to 450 degrees. On a pizza peel add a little flour if using homemade flatbread. If using store bought flatbread dough it comes on parchment paper can leave it on the paper. Place on the stone in the oven and cook until the bread begins to get brown. Remove from oven with pizza peel.

Step 2Spoon the salsa on the flatbread. Top with torn Mozzarella cheese, then roasted garlic, red onion, chilies, and then chicken. Place on the pizza stone in the oven.

Step 3Bake for 10 minutes until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top with cilantro.
