Ingredients
- 1 sheet low carb Joseph's lavash bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 dash dried oregano
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low carb or Rao's pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup veggies of choice
- 1/2 cup protein of choice, pepperoni, ham, etc
How To Make low carb lavish bread pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix minced garlic, pepper flakes, and seasonings with olive oil.

Step 2Place Lavash on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Evenly spread the olive oil mixture on the Lavash.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees F for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4Then remove from the oven. Spread low-carb pizza sauce on the Lavash bread, but not too much to avoid becoming soggy.

Step 5Sprinkle Parmesan, followed by freshly shredded mozzarella and cheddar.

Step 6Layer meat and veggies of choice, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, colored peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, spinach, pineapple, etc.

Step 7Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 more minutes or until cheese melts. You want it baked enough to be crisp, not floppy. Beware, Lavish bread crisps up fast, so keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn't overbake.
