1 sheetlow carb Joseph's lavash bread

1 Tbspolive oil

1 dashdried oregano

1 dashred pepper flakes

1 tspgarlic, minced

1/2 clow carb or Rao's pizza sauce

1/4 cgrated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cshredded sharp cheddar

1/4 cmozzarella cheese

1/2 cveggies of choice

1/2 cprotein of choice, pepperoni, ham, etc
How To Make low carb lavish bread pizza

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix minced garlic, pepper flakes, and seasonings with olive oil.

2Place Lavash on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Evenly spread the olive oil mixture on the Lavash.

3Bake at 400 degrees F for 3-5 minutes.

4Then remove from the oven. Spread low-carb pizza sauce on the Lavash bread, but not too much to avoid becoming soggy.

5Sprinkle Parmesan, followed by freshly shredded mozzarella and cheddar.

6Layer meat and veggies of choice, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, colored peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, spinach, pineapple, etc.

7Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 more minutes or until cheese melts. You want it baked enough to be crisp, not floppy. Beware, Lavish bread crisps up fast, so keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn't overbake.
