The go veggie "cheese" is great for the lactose intolerant. I can enjoy pizza again.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    betty crocker pizza crust mix
  • 2 slice
    deli ham
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple tidbits, draiined
  • 1/2 c
    go veggie mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Lactose Intolerant Hawaiian Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare crust according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Spread crust onto pizza pan to desired thickness.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the crust. I used my thick pizza sauce recipe.
  5. Add Ham and pineapple to pizza.
  6. Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until desired darkness.
  8. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
