individual tortilla pizzas my way
We love thin crust pizza and using the double cheese stuffed tortillas, makes it easy to eat with your hands as pizza is supposed to be eaten. This is seriously the only way I will be making pizza. Using carb balanced flour tortillas and low fat cheese makes this a lot healthier (but don't tell my husband)!

Ingredients
- 4 - 8 " flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded italian cheese
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1 can small can mushroom pieces
- slice pepperoni
- can black olives, chopped
- small jar pizza sauce (you will have some left)
- - parmesan cheese if desired
How To Make individual tortilla pizzas my way

Step 1Spray cookie sheet with oil

Step 2Place one tortilla on cookie sheet, top with 1/4 cup Italian cheese, spreading to edges.

Step 3Place second tortilla on top of cheese, cover with pizza sauce.

Step 4Add pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms (or any toppings of your choice).

Step 5Cut provolone into wedges, place on top of pizza and then cover with 1/4 cup Italian cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Step 6Repeat steps as above with the remaining ingredients, making two individual 8 inch pizzas.

Step 7Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
