Ingredients
- 1 cup water, warm
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (salt to taste- can go up to to 3 tsp)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups flour divided
- - cornmeal
How To Make homemade pizza crust

Step 1Dissolve yeast in water.

Step 2Add salt and half of the flour. Beat for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add oil; then add enough remaining flour to make dough leave sides of bowl.

Step 4Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Step 5Punch down and allow to rest 5 min. Roll out to fit your pan. Can be used as regular crust or pan/deep dish crust. Dust pan with cornmeal first if desired.

Step 6Proceed with your pizza recipe and top and bake accordingly and enjoy your homemade crust!
