How to Make Homemade Pizza Crust
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Add salt and half of the flour. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Add oil; then add enough remaining flour to make dough leave sides of bowl.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down and allow to rest 5 min. Roll out to fit your pan. Can be used as regular crust or pan/deep dish crust. Dust pan with cornmeal first if desired.
- Proceed with your pizza recipe and top and bake accordingly and enjoy your homemade crust!
