This pizza has a great combination of Mediterranean and Greek inspired ingredients. It is easy to make, flavorful and the results are delightful!

Ingredients For greek pizza

    14-inch pizza crusts
  • 8 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2 md
    boneless skinless chicken breasts, poached and shredded
  • 30
    thin slices red onions (15 per pizza)
  • 30
    thin slices red pepper (15 per pizza)
  • 1 Tbsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dried basil (1 1/2 tsp. per pizza)
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 12 md
    cherry tomatoes, halved (6 per pizza)
  • 2 c
    feta cheese, small cubes (1 cup per pizza)
  • 1 can
    (2.2 oz) sliced black olives, drained (1/2 can per pizza)
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil, drizzled over

How To Make greek pizza

    Preheat oven to 500ºF. Spread tomato paste evenly on both crusts. Add shredded chicken, red onion and red peppers. Add Greek seasoning, basil and garlic salt. Place cherry tomatoes, then feta cheese and black olives. Season with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle olive oil on top.

    Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the heat and let it sit 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 2 pizzas
