I HAVE HAD N ENJOYD CHICKEN WITH ROASTD PEPPERS N FRESH MOZZ ON A HERO SOOOOOOOO Y NOT TURN IT INTO A PIZZA. SOOOO THATS WAT DID WITH A LIL DRIZZLE OF BALSAMIC GLAZE....D E L I C I O U S!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    pizza dough
  • 1 large
    chickn breast, slicd thin 2" pieces
  • 1/2 c
    roastd peppers
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared pesto
  • 1 large
    fresh mozzerella, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    salt n pepper (to season chicken)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil (divided)
  • ·
    balsamic glaze....for the drizzle :)

Step-by-Step

  1. IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP 1 1/2 TBLSPNS OF OLIVE OIL SEASON CHICKN WITH S n P AND GARLIC POWDR. SAUTÉ CHICKN FOR 3 MIN N FLIP FOR A COUPLE MORE...REMOVE FROM PAN N PUT ASIDE MEANWHILE HEAT BBQ TO HIGH ...500 degrees
  2. PUT 1/2 TBLSPN OF OLIVE OIL ONTO PIZZA STONE STRETCH PIZZA DOUGH ON THEN SPREAD WITH PESTO
  3. PLACE COOKD CHICKN ONTOP N THEN ROASTD PEPPERS
  4. N LAST PLACE THE SLICES OF FRESH MOZZERELLA
  5. COOK ON HEATD GRILL FOR 7-10 MINUTES UNTIL TOASTY LOOKN
  6. SLICE N DRIZZLE WITH BALSAMIC GLAZE...ENJOY :)
