Ingredients
- 1 store bought flat bread dough or make your own
- 2 balls barrata torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup american grana shredded
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
How To Make burrata & american grana flatbread w truffle oil

Step 1Preheat oven 450 degrees and place a pizza stone in the oven. Roll out the flatbread or pizza dough on a floured pizza peel.

Step 2Tear the Burrata Cheese into pieces and lay it out on the dough. Spread the soft cheese inside the Burrata over the dough. Sprinkle the American Grana leaving behind a little cheese for later over the dough.

Step 3Leave a small border around the edges. Place in oven on hot stone. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. In the meantime Mix the olive oil and balsamic together. Pour over the arugula

Step 4Remove the flatbread from oven. Top with remaining shredded grana and arugula. Drizzle the truffle oil over top
