if you love pizza and buffalo wings,i will combine together on this new recipe,it filled with leftover breaded chicken wings(without bones).

Ingredients

  • 30 - leftover fried chicken wings,bones removed
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup sriracha,divided
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno juice
  • 1 - (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 bottle bleu cheese dressing
  • 1 - red onion,diced
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make buffalo chicken pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Heat margarine in a large skillet,add boneless leftover chicken wings over medium heat,season with red pepper flakes,saute 5 minutes.Stir in 1/2 cup sriracha and pickled jalapeno juice,saute again for 3 minutes.Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Place pizza crust on a lightly greased 12'' pizza pan.Spread whole bottle of bleu cheese dressing over the crust.Set aside.
  • Step 4
    In a small bowl,combine diced red onion,jalapeno slices and crumbled blue cheese.Mix well.
  • Step 5
    Top with sauteed chicken wings,jalapeno/onion mixture and remaining sriracha on the prepared pizza crust.Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake in preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly,about 5 to 10 minutes.Let set a few minutes before slicing and serve.
