  • FLATBREAD
  • 1 cup sourdough discard or active sourdough starter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1 cup bbq sauce, your choice
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onions, sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • micro cilantro, for garnish

How To Make bbq chicken sourdough flatbread pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place 2 pizza stones in the oven. In a large bowl, combine the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, and salt.
  • Step 2
    Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead for 4 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Separate the dough into two pieces. Roll into two pizza flatbreads. Place on the stones. Top with the BBQ sauce, chicken, fresh mushrooms, and Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Top with micro cilantro.
