Super tasty and easy pizza with fresh arugula. To make balsamic glaze just boil a good quality balsamic vinegar and let it reduce by half or until it's thick and like a glaze

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 8 ounces fresh mini mozzarella balls
- 1 cup left over rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1 cup favorite bbq sauce i used roasted garlic bbq sauce
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 2 teaspoons balsamic glaze
How To Make bbq chicken pizza on puff pastry

Step 1Preheat oven 450 degrees. Roll out puff pastry to a rectangle and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven

Step 2Pour a small amount of bbq sauce over chicken. Place the remaining bbq sauce over the puff pastry and spread around. Top with the Mozzarella balls. Then the bbq chicken. Then the red onion.

Step 3Place in oven and bake another 10 minutes until the crust is browned and the cheese has melted.Remove from oven. Sprinkle the arugula with the balsamic glaze and spread over top of pizza and serve
