Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
- 1/3 cup bbq sauce of choice, divided
- 10 ounces frozen pizza dough, thawed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/4 red onion, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
How To Make bbq chicken pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place the pizza pan in the oven to warm up. Mix the chicken with 3 Tbsp of the bbq sauce.

Step 2Roll the dough out on a floured board. Take pan out of oven, spray with cooking spray and place the dough on the pan. Brush the dough with 2 Tbsp of the olive oil. Place in oven and bake for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

Step 3Top the dough with the remaining BBQ sauce. Top with the chicken, red onions, cilantro, and cheddar cheese. Lay the mozzarella slices on the pizza. Brush the edges of the dough with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle the Parmesan over the edges.

Step 4Bake another 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with the sprouts.
