antoni's philly cheesesteak pizza
My son in law Antoni loves " man" food and he came up w/ this recipe himself and served it for a football game we were all watching. I loved it so much, I begged him for the recipe and he said, " Mom, anything for you." Such a sweetie:-) I usually don't like Philly cheesesteak but this pizza is too good to NOT love it. Enjoy...or as Tony would say." Salude."

How To Make antoni's philly cheesesteak pizza
-
Step 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet w/ cooking spray or lightly oil the sheet. Spread out the pizza dough to fit the pan as much as you can. I lightly oil my hands before doing this, it keeps the dough from sticking to your hands.
-
Step 2Bake the dough for about 4-6 mins or until browned. Add oil to a lg skillet, over med-high heat. Add both bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. saute until soft. Add garlic, saute 1 min more.
-
Step 3Spread pizza sauce over crust, dot w/ cream cheese. Sprinkle w/ mozzarella cheese. Spoon the veggies over the cheese. Place beef over veggies and sprinkle w/ cheddar cheese. Sprinkle w/ the herbs. Bake 10 mins or until hot and bubbly and cheeses are melted.
