pizza crust
This recipe has been in my family for years. It makes a light crust for both thin crust and pan pizza. It is also a great pretzel recipe.

How To Make pizza crust
-
Step 1Mix water, yeast, and sugar. Add oils and salt if desired, mix well. Add about half of the flour mixing until all the lumps are gone. Add the rest of the flour, adding flour until you get consistent dough. Leave in bowl and cover with a dish towel in a warm place. Allow the dough to rise to double its size, punch down, and allow the dough to rise a second time.

Step 2Heat oven to 425º F. Spread dough in pan, making it thick or thin crust, top with sauce, meat, and vegetables. Sprinkle Butter Buds and garlic powder around the edge of the crust. Bake for 4-6 minutes, turn pizza 180º, bake another 4-6 minutes. Top with cheese, baking for 3-5 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
