My children and grandchildren love this quick and easy casserole that has been in our family for years.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can sliced mushrooms,drained
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup smoked sausage, cooked and sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

How To Make zoo zoo casserole

Step 1

Set aside one cup of cheese.

Step 2

Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Step 3

Lightly spray casserole pan with cooking spray.Pour mix in pan. Top with remaining cheese.
Step 4

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
