everybody in my family loves this recipe.. it's del;icious !!! i made my own, after a few tries i finally came up with a great recipes and it's quick.. i am very proud of this recipes. all my friends love it too !!

Ingredients For ziti vodka

  • 1 can
    ziti pasta
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 4 slice
    pancetta chopped
  • 1 large can
    peeled tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 pinch
    salt
  • 3 pinch
    black pepper
  • 1 c
    parmesan grated cheese
  • little
    olive oil
  • 1 1/4 c
    vodka

How To Make ziti vodka

  • 1
    chop onions real small,saute'in little olive oil .drain on paper towel. chop bacon real small. saute' on frying pan until toasted. drain on paper towel.

    make marinara sauce with peeled tomatoes. let it cook about 20 ,to 25 min. when done , add heavy cream , while stirring well. boil pasta and drain. add to sauce pot . it will be creamy pink sauce. add salt and pepper. add parmesan cheese and mix well .

    serve hot .. add more cheese on your plate .. enjoy !!!!!
