Yummy Spaghetti Casserole!
Feel free to add anything you like. I've added pepperonni to this and the kids loved it!
12 ozthin spaghetti
1 jar(s)spaghetti sauce (or your own special recipe)
1 lblean ground beef
1/2 mediumonion chopped
2 tspitalian seasoning
1 jar(s)sliced mushrooms (opt)
1 pkgphiladephia cooking creme-garlic
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
1/2 ccottage cheese
1 cshredded chedder or mozzerella cheese
How to Make Yummy Spaghetti Casserole!
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In the meantime, brown ground beef with garlic, onion, and italian seasoning. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer till hot and bubbly. Set aside.
- Drain spaghetti and return to warm pot. Add cooking creme, cottage cheese, parmesan, and mushrooms (opt) to warm pasta. Mix until well incorporated.
- Add spaghetti mixture to greased 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with meat sauce. Top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with basil.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Serve with garlic bread!
