Ingredients
- 1 box (32 oz) chicken broth, reduced sodium
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen carrot slices
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 tablespoon szechuan stir-fry sauce
- 17 ounces yakisoba noodles, refrigerated
- 1 pound medium cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
How To Make yakisoba noodle bowl with shrimp

Step 1In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, frozen peas, frozen carrots, sesame oil, soy sauce and stir-fry sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for about 6 minutes.

Step 2Add noodles and return to boiling. Reduce heat again and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Step 3Add cooked shrimp and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, or until the shrimp are heated through.

Step 4Using tongs, divide the noodles among 4 soup bowls. Add the shrimp and ladle in broth and veggies. Enjoy!
