yakisoba done right!
I cooked each serving individually to my family's tastes, but I could see doing this in a large batch. I also save the broth. After cooking everything in it and straining it out, I added in garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and pepper.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen onion and pepper mix
- 1 cup frozen or fresh veggies
- - cooked meat
- 1 package yakisoba
- 1 package yakisoba seasoning
- - minced ginger
- - minced garlic
- - sesame oil
- - fresh ground black pepper
- 1 quart broth
How To Make yakisoba done right!

Step 1Bring broth, frozen veggies, and diced or shredded meat to a boil.

Step 2Add noodles to boiling broth mix and let simmer for 5 minutes. When done, strain into a bowl.

Step 3Add garlic, ginger, pepper, and sesame oil to taste to the strained mixture. Sprinkle seasoning packet over the mixture. (I also add hot pepper to it.) Toss until all ingredients are mixed through. Pour onto plate and serve.
