Yakisoba Done Right!

Valkyrie Raehl

I cooked each serving individually to my family's tastes, but I could see doing this in a large batch. I also save the broth. After cooking everything in it and straining it out, I added in garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and pepper.

How to Make Yakisoba Done Right!

  1. Bring broth, frozen veggies, and diced or shredded meat to a boil.
  2. Add noodles to boiling broth mix and let simmer for 5 minutes. When done, strain into a bowl.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, pepper, and sesame oil to taste to the strained mixture. Sprinkle seasoning packet over the mixture. (I also add hot pepper to it.) Toss until all ingredients are mixed through. Pour onto plate and serve.
