wild about mushrooms
While I was trying out a new recipe, I panicked because it wasn't enough to feed a hungry family of six, so I added white wine while I was sauteing the mushrooms and added allot more heavy cream. The recipe only called for 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. The wine adds flavor and keeps the mushrooms extra moist so no rubbery mushrooms in this dish

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 2 pounds mushroom
- 3/4 pint heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup white cooking wine
- - angel hair pasta
How To Make wild about mushrooms

Step 1Melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.

Step 2Add mushroom and stir to coat.

Step 3Raise heat as mushrooms exude water.Add white wine, Saute,stirring 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 4Stir in cream and parsley. Stir until thickened 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 5Season with salt and pepper. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
