no tomatoes or garlic this is what i made for our 6 yr wedding anniversary ...it is all made jus need to bake it tomorrow

lasgna noodles,cooked
8 medium
cheesey bratwurst,cooked on grill then sliced
1/2 medium
red,green,and yellow bell pepper,chopped
1 small
red onion,sliced into rings and seperated
1/4 stick
1 pkg
[24 oz] low fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 c
homemade cream of mushroom soup[recipe below]
1/2 lb
montary jack cheese,grated
1/2 lb
mozzarella cheese, low-fat,grated
1/2 lb
swiss cheese,grated
1 1/2 c
parmigiano-reggiano, grated,divided
4 oz
feta cheese,crumbled


1homemade cream of mushroom soup make mushroom soup a day before u need it omittin the garlic
2spray a 9x13 glass bakin dish with non-stick spray set aside
3put margarine in small fry pan heat til it melts add all peppers an onion cook til soft and startin to brown turn off remove from pan to small bowl so it can cool down
4now take mushroom soup and cottage cheese and put in food processor and mix til creamy and smooth add 1/2 the parm/reg cheese set aside
5asemble::: take 1/3 cottage cheese mix and put on bottom of sprayed dish them add 3 noodles then 1/3 the brats then a 1/3 of each of the 3 grated cheese
6now start over with cottsge cheese mix but when u get to noddles put 3 down then 1/2 the feta cheese and 1/2 the parm cheese than another layer of noodles contiune with cheese
7now do last layer same as first one top with rest of parm cheese and the feta cover well put in fridge overnight
8preheat oven to 350 bake for 45 min check if gettin to brown tent with foil bake 15 more min let sit 15-20 min before slicin and enjoy!!!
9havin this wwith garlic bread a tossed salad and leftover candy cane cheesecake[jus what we need more cheese lol]
