Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 - clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cans (10 1/2 ounces) each minced clams
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 3/4 teaspoon basil
- 12 ounces cooked linguine
How To Make white clam sauce with linguine

Step 1Heat butter and cook garlic in it, 1 minute. Blend in flour. Add other ingredients, except linguine, and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 2Serve over cooked linguine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
