  • 2
    clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 can(s)
    (10 1/2 ounces) each minced clams
  • 1/4 c
    chopped parsley
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 12 oz
    cooked linguine

How to Make White Clam Sauce with Linguine


  1. Heat butter and cook garlic in it, 1 minute.
    Blend in flour.
    Add other ingredients, except linguine, and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Serve over cooked linguine.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
