I practically live on this when tomatoes are in season. It's super easy and everyone loves it. This is not supposed to be cold, or hot. Warm is perfect.

Ingredients
- 8 - plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup lightly packed shredded fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4-6 ounces feta cheese, diced
- 12 ounces ziti, penne, or rotini pasta
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make warm feta, tomato, pasta salad

Step 1Mix together the tomatoes, oil, basil, garlic, and S&P to taste. Let sit at room temp for 1 - 3 hours,

Step 2Bring feta cheese to room temperature.

Step 3Cook the pasta until al dente. Mix with tomato mixture, then gently toss with feta cheese.
