I practically live on this when tomatoes are in season. It's super easy and everyone loves it. This is not supposed to be cold, or hot. Warm is perfect.

  • 8
    plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 c
    lightly packed shredded fresh basil leaves
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4-6 oz
    feta cheese, diced
  • 12 oz
    ziti, penne, or rotini pasta
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Warm Feta, Tomato, Pasta Salad


  1. Mix together the tomatoes, oil, basil, garlic, and S&P to taste. Let sit at room temp for 1 - 3 hours,
  2. Bring feta cheese to room temperature.
  3. Cook the pasta until al dente. Mix with tomato mixture, then gently toss with feta cheese.
