- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 ounces medium shell pasta
- 12 ounces Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
How To Make velveeta mac and cheese

Step 1Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low, add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
