utica greens penne with cream sauce
What makes this dish so good it the mixture of the heavy cream with Utica Greens. The heavy cream mixes with bread crumbs and parmesan and makes a very simple alfredo sauce and those spicy peppers make it taste so delicious.

- 1 cup prepared utica greens
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 pound penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon pickled hot cherry peppers
How To Make utica greens penne with cream sauce

Step 1Prepare Utica Greens. Recipe located in my recipe box.

Step 2Prepare 1/4 lb of penne: Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Cook as directed on box.

Step 3While pasta is cooking. Place heavy cream, hot cherry peppers and greens in large saute pan over low heat and bring up to warm temperature. When pasta is al dente scoop it out of water and into saute pan. Mix ingredients together and serve while hot.
