- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1.75 cups milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 - red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make two-cheese fettuccine primavera

Step 1Cook fettuccine as directed on package.

Step 2Meanwhile, combine onion, garlic, chicken broth, basil, oregano, and black pepper in a 2-quart glass measure.

Step 3Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 3 minutes.

Step 4Stir flour into onion mixture.

Step 5Using wire whisk in a salad bowl, blend milk into mixture; recover.

Step 6Stirring with whisk after every 2 minutes, microwave on high 6-7 minutes, or until thickened.

Step 7Stir mozzarella cheese into mixture and set aside.

Step 8Place broccoli and bell pepper in a 1-quart casserole.

Step 9Cover and microwave on high 2-3 minutes.

Step 10Drain pasta and stir reserved sauce into it along with the vegetables.

Step 11Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve immediately.
