This is my families favorite meal, make several for the freezer, great for company with tossed salad and crusty french bread and maybe a nice lemon creme pie for dessert..

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 6 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1 cup evaporated milk or cream
- cup celery salt, salt, pepper to taste
- 2 cups turkey , cooked and diced
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
How To Make turkey tetrazzini

Step 1Cook pasta El Dente'. while pasta cooks, saute mushrooms in butter, about 5 minutes. blend in flour, stir in broth and wine and cook stirring till smooth.Add cream and season to taste. Butter a 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Layer spaghetti, then turkey and mushroom wine sauce. Repeat layers ending with thin layer of pasta. Sprinkle with parm cheese and bread crumb mixture, dot with butter.

Step 2Bake in 450* 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbling. Enjoy
