Ingredients

3 c
uncooked egg noodles
1 c
sliced celery
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 small
green sweet pepper, chopped
1 small
sweet red pepper chopped
can(s)
{10 3/4 ounce}cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
milk
1 can(s)
{12 ounce} ctuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 jar(s)
drained diced pimentoes {optional}
1/2 c
dry seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Cook noodles according to package directions, In skillet saute the onion, celery and peppers until tender. set aside.
2In a saucepan combine the soup, cheddar cheese and milk, cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts
3Drain the noodles and place into a large bowl, add the vegetables, mayonnaise, soup mixture, tuna and pimentoes, pour into a casserole and cook uncovered at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes,remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese., serve with crusty rolls or garlic bread.
