    uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 small
    green sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 small
    sweet red pepper chopped
  • can(s)
    {10 3/4 ounce}cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
  • 1 can(s)
    {12 ounce} ctuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 jar(s)
    drained diced pimentoes {optional}
  • 1/2 c
    dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Tuna Noodle Casserole


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, In skillet saute the onion, celery and peppers until tender. set aside.
  2. In a saucepan combine the soup, cheddar cheese and milk, cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts
  3. Drain the noodles and place into a large bowl, add the vegetables, mayonnaise, soup mixture, tuna and pimentoes, pour into a casserole and cook uncovered at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes,remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese., serve with crusty rolls or garlic bread.
