Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 small green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 small sweet red pepper chopped
- can {10 3/4 ounce}cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can {12 ounce} ctuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar drained diced pimentoes {optional}
- 1/2 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make tuna noodle casserole

Step 1Cook noodles according to package directions, In skillet saute the onion, celery and peppers until tender. set aside.

Step 2In a saucepan combine the soup, cheddar cheese and milk, cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts

Step 3Drain the noodles and place into a large bowl, add the vegetables, mayonnaise, soup mixture, tuna and pimentoes, pour into a casserole and cook uncovered at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes,remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese., serve with crusty rolls or garlic bread.
