tuna noodle casserole

I make this occasionally but I add frozen peas. It's good with a side salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 12 oz bag of medium wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans solid white tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

How To Make tuna noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-2 1/2 qt baking dish. Boil noodles according to package directions. Rinse and drain.
  • Step 2
    In large bowl, stir together cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and peas.
  • Step 3
    Pour into greased dish. Put uncovered in oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove and drizzle melted butter over top. Sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over the top. Return to oven and bake another 5-10 minutes until potato chips are slightly brown.
