Ingredients
- 6 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1.1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cans solid white tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 large tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
- 1 cup crushed club crackers
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
How To Make tuna melt casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and return to pot

Step 3Whisk soup, 1 cup cheese and milk in a medium bowl until smooth

Step 4Stir in pasta and then gently fold in tuna and tomatoes. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish

Step 5Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup cheese

Step 6Stir together cracker crumbs and butter in a small bowl, sprinkle over noodle mixture

Step 7Bake until casserole is bubbling and cracker crumbs begin to brown, 15 to 20 minutes
