I made this up one night when I didn't have much in the pantry and it was too late to go grocery shopping. Everyone loved it and has since become a last minute dinner favorite! I have also added Rotel instead of plain tomatoes to give it a spicy kick.

Ingredients For tuna mac'n'doodle

  • 1 box
    velveeta macaroni and cheese shells
  • 2 stick
    celery stalks finely chopped
  • 1 can
    tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
  • 1-2 can
    tuna, packed in water

How To Make tuna mac'n'doodle

  • 1
    Drain can(s) of tuna and tomatoes. Finely chop celery stalks.

    Boil pasta according to box directions.
  • 3
    Drain pasta. Pour back in pot. Stir in cheese, tomatoes, tuna and chopped celery. Enjoy!
