I made this up one night when I didn't have much in the pantry and it was too late to go grocery shopping. Everyone loved it and has since become a last minute dinner favorite! I have also added Rotel instead of plain tomatoes to give it a spicy kick.

Ingredients
- 1 box velveeta macaroni and cheese shells
- 2 sticks celery stalks finely chopped
- 1 can tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 1-2 can tuna, packed in water
How To Make tuna mac'n'doodle

Step 1Drain can(s) of tuna and tomatoes. Finely chop celery stalks.

Step 2Boil pasta according to box directions.

Step 3Drain pasta. Pour back in pot. Stir in cheese, tomatoes, tuna and chopped celery. Enjoy!
