Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- - salt, seasoning salt, garlic & onion powder & worchestershire sauce to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 can peas or 8 oz frozen
- - crunchy topping of choice like crushed cheese crackers
- - extra cheese as desired
How To Make tuna casserole

Step 1Cook noodles until al dente. If using frozen peas add during the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain.

Step 2To a small saucepan add the butter, flour & seasonings. Fry 1-2 minutes.

Step 3Whisk in the milk & cheese until it melts.

Step 4Stir in the tuna, peas & noodles.

Step 5Place in greased casserole dish.

Step 6Top with topping of choice & add extra cheese if desired.

Step 7Bake at 350' until golden.
