Ingredients
- 8 ounces mini penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons black truffle oil
- 3 tablespoons truffle butter
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 16 ounces cracker barrel vermont extra sharp white cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
How To Make truffle mac & cheese

Step 1cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain and drizzle black truffle oil mixing while drizzling. Set aside.

Step 2Melt the truffle butter in small saucepan. Add panko breadcrumbs and stir to combine. Set aside

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees

Step 4Melt the butter in saucepan and add the flour stirring to incorporate the flour. Slowly add the heavy cream. Stir until thickened a bit. Add all but 1 cup of the cheese and cook until cheese melts.

Step 5Mix the cheese mixture with the pasta and place in baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and Panko mixture on top.

Step 6Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
