Truffle Mac & Cheese
8 ozmini penne pasta
2 Tbspblack truffle oil
3 Tbsptruffle butter
3/4 cpanko bread crumbs
16 ozcracker barrel vermont extra sharp white cheddar cheese shredded
2 cheavy cream
How to Make Truffle Mac & Cheese
- cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain and drizzle black truffle oil mixing while drizzling. Set aside.
- Melt the truffle butter in small saucepan. Add panko breadcrumbs and stir to combine. Set aside
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Melt the butter in saucepan and add the flour stirring to incorporate the flour. Slowly add the heavy cream. Stir until thickened a bit. Add all but 1 cup of the cheese and cook until cheese melts.
- Mix the cheese mixture with the pasta and place in baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and Panko mixture on top.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
