Ingredients
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pound sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
- - black truffle salt
How To Make truffle mac and cheese

Step 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.

Step 2In the same pan, add the butter and once melted, whisk in the flour and cook, whisking 5 minutes.

Step 3Add the milk slowly while whisking until thickened.

Step 4Add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.

Step 5Add the oil and then the pasta and mix well. Serve with a little black truffle salt sprinkled on top.
