3 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspall-purpose flour

2 cmilk

1 lbsharp white cheddar cheese, grated

1 Tbspwhite truffle oil

How To Make truffle mac and cheese

1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.

2In the same pan, add the butter and once melted, whisk in the flour and cook, whisking 5 minutes.

3Add the milk slowly while whisking until thickened.

4Add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.

5Add the oil and then the pasta and mix well. Serve with a little black truffle salt sprinkled on top.
