Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage, bulk or links with casing removed
- 1 bag spinach, fresh, roughly chopped
- 2 boxes chicken broth
- 1 - onion, medium, roughly diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 can tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 1 bag tortellini, cheese stuffed, frozen
- - salt and pepper
- - grated parmesan cheese
How To Make tortilini soup

Step 1Roll Italian sausage into small, bite sized balls. Heat a Dutch oven over medium heat; add sausage balls and onion. Sauté until lightly brown and onions become translucent. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Step 2Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes with their juice and heat to a boil.

Step 3Add chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 mins. Add tortilini. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 mins. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top
