This is the BEST salad, and guaranteed, everyone will love it! I like to add marinated artichokes too, but that's optional.

Ingredients
- 2 packages pounds frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 1 cup italian dressing
- 2 sticks celery, chinese cut
- 1/4 - yellow pepper, julienne
- 3 ounces pimento
- 1/4 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 bunch chives, chopped
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- - few sprigs chopped parsley
- - grape tomatoes
- - sliced olives
How To Make tortellini salad

Step 1Cook and cool tortellini according to directions.

Step 2Mix Pesto and Italian Dressing, being sure they are well blended.

Step 3Add all ingredients except tortellini. At Tortellini last.

Step 4Note: Be sure to mix pesto and Italian dressing well. If too dry, add some more Italian dressing. Make sure vegies are small. Parmesean is GRATED not shredded.
