This is the BEST salad, and guaranteed, everyone will love it! I like to add marinated artichokes too, but that's optional.

  • 2 packages lb
    frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    italian dressing
  • 2 stick
    celery, chinese cut
  • 1/4
    yellow pepper, julienne
  • 3 oz
  • 1/4 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 bunch
    chives, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • ·
    few sprigs chopped parsley
  • ·
    grape tomatoes
  • ·
    sliced olives

How to Make Tortellini Salad


  1. Cook and cool tortellini according to directions.
  2. Mix Pesto and Italian Dressing, being sure they are well blended.
  3. Add all ingredients except tortellini. At Tortellini last.
  4. Note: Be sure to mix pesto and Italian dressing well. If too dry, add some more Italian dressing. Make sure vegies are small. Parmesean is GRATED not shredded.
