Ingredients
- - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- - 1/2 cup chopped onions
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 2 tbs margarine
- - 1 10-oz pkg chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- - 1 8-oz container soft cream cheese
- - 1 medium tomato, chopped
- - 1/4 cup milk
- - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- - 1 tsp italian seasoning
- - 1/4 tsp salt
- - 1/4 tsp pepper
- - 8 to 9 oz fresh or frozen cheese-filled tortellini, cooked and drained.
How To Make tortellini primivera

Step 1Cook and stir mushrooms, onion and garlic in margarine in large skillet.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients except the tortellini. Mix well.

Step 3Cook until the mixture just begins to boil, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Stir in the tortellini.

Step 5Cook until thoroughly heated.
