  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 clove
  • 4 tsp
  • 1 pkg
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 12 oz
    cream cheese-room temperature
  • 2 medium
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt & pepper
  • 16 oz
    tortellini, cooked and drained

How to Make Tortellini Primavera


  1. In lg skillet, cook and stir onion and garlic in butter.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except cooked tortellini, mix well. Cook til mixture just begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in Tortellini. Cook til heated through
