16 oz
frozen egg noodles
1.5 lb
ground beef
1 c
chopped onion
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1 c
sour cream
1 tsp
italian seasoning


1Cook noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender.
2Drain and keep warm.
3While noodles cook, brown ground beef and onions.
4Drain off excess fat.
5Combine ground beef mixture, soups, sour cream and Italian seasoning in large saucepan.
6Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, (do not boil).
7Serve over warm noodles.
