Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen egg noodles
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
How To Make top of the stove

Step 1Cook noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender.

Step 2Drain and keep warm.

Step 3While noodles cook, brown ground beef and onions.

Step 4Drain off excess fat.

Step 5Combine ground beef mixture, soups, sour cream and Italian seasoning in large saucepan.

Step 6Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, (do not boil).

Step 7Serve over warm noodles.
